According to RealClearPolitics.com, Clinton continues to trail Obama in national polls by an average of 8 points, and is trailing the former First lady by an average of 6 points in the next big primary contest, Pennsylvania. We’ll see if any change happens as a result of last night’s debate in Penn… where ABC moderators pathetically focused on missteps and scandals, and not the real issues facing America.
In Canada, the evangelical face behind Bill C-10 is exposed for the homophobia and other phobias it is. According to the Toronto Star, an influential evangelical activist, Charles McVety, stated, ”We are objecting to films that proselytize young people into homosexuality.” For those unaware of Bill C-10, it’s a Bill in the Canadian Senate seeking to end tax credits for films whose content government officials object to. The bill is strongly opposed to by Canada’s entertainment industry, fearing it gives too much power to government officials, and simply, takes Art out of Art. McVety was in Ottawa to appear before the Senate committee.
