Last week, Van Hansis’s character’s Luke had a hot gay kiss with Noah (Jake Silbermann) on As The World Turns. Well, rumors from Perez Hilton have it that the Emmy-nominated actor Van Hansis is dating fellow actor Tyler Hanes, best known from his role as Larry in the “A Chorus Line” musical. Hanes has also appeared in a few independent films.
“They’re very happy and have been dating for a while now,” a source told Perez.

What utter trash…
Perez always completely over-exaggerates things. Van Hansis told everyone in his interview in “Out” magazine that he is straight and has spoken about his girlfriend in numerous other articles. Perez is always just out there for cheap sensation…
Van Hansis isn’t gay, but if he is, he is closeted and does not wish to come out. We all owe him our respect in this matter, so just leave it alone and stop spreading rumours about people. If you can back up your gossip that Van Hansis is gay with hard evidence I will withdraw my comment.
